I can help with decluttering, organising systems, sorting paperwork and working towards a minimalist lifestyle. My skills come through being a lifelong 'neat freak', regularly asked to help friends and family sort and systemise, and through running my own businesses. I am a yoga teacher and find it useful to follow the yogic prinicipals of aparigraha (abstention from greed, and the avoidance of unnecessary aquisition of objects), saucha (cleanliness), santosa (contentment) and tapas (austerity).
